By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This site contains adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live, whichever is higher.
You confirm your date of birth when registering. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate, permanent removal.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
One account per person, unless we have agreed otherwise. Do not create an account to get around a block, a suspension, or a ban.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaches these terms or the rules.
You keep ownership of everything you write and create here: characters, messages, profiles, and ads.
By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the site. That licence exists so we can show your character to the person reading it and deliver your message to the person you sent it to. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we are required to retain something, and except that we cannot recall copies other people have already seen or saved.
We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
You confirm you have the right to post what you post, including any images you link.
The rules form part of these terms. Read them; they are the part that actually governs day-to-day use.
In short: no sexual content involving minors in any form, no content that is illegal to possess or distribute, no harassment, no sharing other people's personal information, no spam.
The site does not host images. You provide a link to an image on a third-party host, and the site displays it from there.
That means the host of that image, not us, controls it. It can change or disappear without notice, and whoever operates that host can see who views it. Image links are restricted to an allowed list of hosts, which staff maintain.
We may remove content, close rooms, and suspend or terminate accounts to enforce these terms. Where we can, we will say why.
Suspensions can be appealed through the site. A declined appeal has a cooling-off period before a further appeal.
We are not obliged to monitor content proactively, and we do not guarantee that everything on the site complies with these terms at any given moment.
Some features are paid. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
Prices may change, with notice for existing subscribers before it affects them.
Refunds. You can request a refund from the Premium page within 60 days of a purchase. Requests are reviewed by staff individually rather than granted automatically. If you are in the UK or EU, this is in addition to any statutory cancellation right you have, which we will honour.
If your account is terminated for breaching these terms, we may end paid access without a refund.
The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available, that it will be free of faults, or that content will never be lost.
This is a small, independently run site. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deleting removes your characters, images, messages, friendships, memberships, and saved searches. Some records may remain where we are required to keep them, and messages you sent to other people may remain visible to them.
We may terminate or suspend access at any time for breach of these terms.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the site.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Other members' content is theirs, not ours. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for it.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
